| A Full American Breakfast is included on weekends. Continental breakfast during the week. Any dietary concerns should be made known to the host when making reservations. | |
| There is a two night minimum on weekends for the Farquharson and the Lyon rooms from May through October and holidays. | |
| Reservations are confirmed with full payment for one night - refundable one with one week's notice of cancellation prior to arrival. | |
| There will be a $25 charge for refunds | |
| Check-in time is between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.- unless otherwise arranged. | |
